One day, a noble holy knight named Scylima encounters a gumiho (nine-tailed fox) puppy. Concerned for the little fox’s fate, Scylima meets a priestess from the eastern continent who instructs her to raise the fox until it matures and then send it back home. Despite the challenges and fears of raising a cursed creature, Scylima takes on the responsibility. As the fox, named Ran, grows, he becomes increasingly charming and refuses to be independent. The story explores the bond between Scylima and Ran, highlighting themes of responsibility, love, and the complexities of raising a mystical creature.
